Booking, Rebooking & Cancellation

How can I book my bus ticket?

Bus tickets can be booked through our online portal, whatsapp portal, at one of our branches or many other third-party agents like Computicket, Bus bud, Flightsite etc.

Can I make changes to my booking?

Changes to your bus ticket are allowed, preferably 24 hours prior to departure. Please review our Terms and Conditions for more information on the process and associated admin fees.

Can I cancel my bus ticket?

Yes. Tickets can be cancelled 24 hours prior to departure. A 20% cancellation fee is applicable.

What happens if I miss my bus?

If you cannot make it to the departure point on time you may cancel or rebook your ticket 24 hours prior to departure by contacting customer care or any of our offices.

What documentation must I have to board the bus?

Bring along your ticket or ticket reference number along with your ID book.

Do I have to print out my bus ticket?

Yes. If your ticket purchased through third party agents you will receive a ticket. If you have purchased your ticket online or do not have a printed ticket you may proceed to any of our offices to have your ticket printed provided you have your valid ID.

Children, Adolescents, Students & Seniors

Can my child travel alone by intercity bus?

No. Children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Are there discounts for children on bus trips?

However kids under the age of 3 travel for free if they sit on their parents/guardians lap.

Luggage & Pets

How much luggage can I take with me on a coach?

Each pax is allowed one suitcase weighing 25kg free, and one hand luggage, thereafter each kg is charged at R5.

Is oversized luggage allowed on board?

Yes. You will however be charged an additional fee for this.

Can I take my pet on this bus trip?

No. Only guide dogs are allowed.

What to do if luggage is lost or if I forget something on the bus?

Please ensure that your luggage is properly weighed and tagged before boarding. Contact customer care or any of our offices nationwide.

Departure & Delays

When should I be at the departure location?

30-45 Minutes prior to departure.

What happens when the bus is late?

You will receive a text message, or you can contact customer care or your nearest office.

Where exactly does my bus leave from and how do I find the bus stop?

Check your ticket for details regarding your trip or contact customer care or one of our offices

How are intercity buses equipped?

Buses are equipped with aircon, reclining seats, USB charges and toilets.
